| 摘 要： | 利用Aspen Plus软件提供的物性估算功能，计算发酵液中低浓度1,3-丙二醇分离的中间产物2-甲基-1，3-二噁烷（2MD）的物性，从而模拟分离过程，确定工艺条件，得到理想的产物结果。

| Abstract: | Compute the properties of intermediate product 2-methyl-1,3-dioxane(2MD)separated from the low concentration of 1,3-propanediol in fermentation broth using the function of properties of matter estimate provided by Aspen Plus software, and then simulate separation process, ascertain process condition , obtain the ideal product result. |
