| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验法筛选白刺果油最佳提取工艺,以浸提时间、溶剂用量、溶剂种类为因素,按L9(34)正交表设计实验,结果表明:提取因素的最佳组合为A2B3C1,即浸提时间16h、溶剂用量为9倍、溶剂为乙醚。

| Abstract: | The best technology and conditions for extraction the fruit oil of Nitraria. Sibirica Pall. by orthogonal test were researched. The three extracting factors(extracting time, solvent volume, solvents) were studied. The best extract conditions was A2B3C1, i.e. with 9 times of aeither and 16 hours extracting time. |
