仿生非光滑耐磨表面形态的激光加工研究

摘    要:非光滑表面对耐磨性有一定的影响,且不同表面的影响程度也有所不同。为了研究非光滑表面形态的耐磨性规律,首先要从激光处理技术及其加工系统入手,采用相同的转速、脉冲、激光频率及激光电源电流等参数进行加工,以保证加工后的试件强度变化基本相同。然后根据图形,通过控制气流方向、点阵的行间距和列间距,分别对非光滑表面形态进行激光加工。

Abstract:The nonsmooth surface has influences on its wearing resistance,and the effects of different surfaces aren't same.Researching the wear-resistant regulations of the nonsmooth surface morphology,this paper starts with the laser treatment and the processing system firstly,uses the parameters,including the same speed,impulse,laser frequency,laser supply current and so on,to guarantee the strength changes of the processed pieces are the same.Then,according to images,it carries out the laser treatment separately f...
