偶联剂对杜拉纤维/呋喃砂浆力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同体积含量的杜拉纤维及同一体积含量的杜拉纤维经不同的硅烷偶联剂处理后掺入呋喃树脂砂浆中,其力学性能的变化。实验结果表明:掺入不同体积含量的杜拉纤维后,其劈拉、轴拉、抗折强度的最大增幅分别为9.6%、8.3%、9.7%;经硅烷偶联剂WD560处理后的杜拉纤维加入呋喃树脂砂浆后,其劈拉、轴拉、抗折强度的最大增幅分别为63.2%、153%、153%;而抗压强度都略有降低。

Abstract:The changes of mechanical properties of furan resin mortar in two cases were studied. One case was the furan resin mortar was mixed with Durafiber of variable volume fractions. In the other case, the durafibers were pretreated by variable silane coupling agents. The experiment results indicated that durafiber could only increased the tension strength and flexure strength of furan resin mortar by a little. While durafiber pretreated by silane coupling agent can enhance the strengths greatly and with a little decrease in the compression strength.
