Market valuation method in the application of environment economic efficiency analysis

Environment economic efficiency analysis is a part of the important work in the environmental impact assessment of the construction project. The economic value of environmental effect caused by the project, the plan or the policy is difficult to quantify, thus it has a great impact on the scientificness of its decision-making. Economic efficiency analysis commonly employs expense-beneflt method, but it is not practical for the essential data are not easy to obtain. Based on the author＇s experience in practice, practicability and workability are realized by employing the market valuation method. Some illustrations are reded with the market valuation method in the application of environment economic efficiency analysis,and its feasibility is proved.
