中压真空断路器智能化实施中的关键问题

摘    要:针对中压断路器在智能化控制及参数采集等方面的功能,阐述了DSP核心控制器件的构成及其功能。通过开发设计罗柯夫斯基电流传感器、电阻式电压分压器、位置传感器等模块.并有机整合,实现了对电流、电压、操作位置、工作环境和状态等各种参数的动态监测,供核心控制器件进行智能化诊断、控制和保护,为中压真空断路器的智能化提供了较全面的解决方案。

Key issues in proceeding of intelligent Middle-voltage vacuum circuit breaker

Abstract:In view of functions related to intelligent control and data collection of middle voltage breaker, the article describes construction and functions of DSP core controller. It is possible to inspect and measure current, voltage, operation positions, working environment and other states of the system on line by designing and developing some key modules, such as Rogowski Coil current transformer, resistance divider voltage transformer,position-sensor, which work together organically for the core control module's intelligent analysis, control and protection. Meanwhile,an ideal solution is provided for the middle-voltage vacuum breaker's intelligent functioning.
