Abstract:n this article,the history of the researches of hacterinl okidation is reviewed,the technological process and principles of gold extraction by bocterial oaldetion introduced,the successful examples of practicing bacteria1 oxidation at present time in the world overviewed and the commercial practice of this technology in the plants of bacterial oaldation in the world are enumerated.
