南海某气田水下生产系统可靠性保障设计

摘    要:深水油气田开发经验表明,水下生产系统简单的水下维修作业都非常昂贵。为保持经济性,油气田开发不仅要求有高的产量,同时对生产设备的可靠性也提出更高的要求。以南海某气田水下生产系统可靠性设计为例,将可靠性保障设计方法应用于该气田水下生产系统(SPS)设计中,可有效保障设备的可靠性。

Abstract:Experience on all of the developed deepwater oil and gas fields has shown that the cost of even the simplest intervention becomes very expensive. To be economic in deepwater,the antic- ipated higher production rates must be not only realized but also maintained throughout the life of the proiect. Downtime for any reason is considered unacceptable;especially probtems caused by e- quipment failures. Reliability Assurance Approach could provide more confidence for the deepwa- ter Subsea Production System. This paper illustrates how to implement Reliability Assurance Ap- proach to maintain one of Nanhai gas field SPS high system availability.
