GL4700C-DY/1.6Q型热媒炉安装在埕岛海上油田中心二号平台上,是埕岛油田油气集输系统的重要加热设备。由于海上特殊环境和集输工艺特点,造成热媒炉效率不高,主要原因是由于热媒盘管和烟道等设备积灰较多、换热器换热效率低以及天然气与空气比控制不精确等。提出实施了热媒炉盘管清洁、烟道吹灰、改进换热器内部结构及灵活调节天然气与空气比等优化措施,取得了一定的效果。
