摘    要:GL4700C-DY/1.6Q型热媒炉安装在埕岛海上油田中心二号平台上,是埕岛油田油气集输系统的重要加热设备。由于海上特殊环境和集输工艺特点,造成热媒炉效率不高,主要原因是由于热媒盘管和烟道等设备积灰较多、换热器换热效率低以及天然气与空气比控制不精确等。提出实施了热媒炉盘管清洁、烟道吹灰、改进换热器内部结构及灵活调节天然气与空气比等优化措施,取得了一定的效果。

Abstract:GL4700C-DY/1. 6Q heat medium heater installed in chengdao offshore oilfield, Centre second platform,used in 1998,is an important heating equipment of oil-gas gathering and trans- porting system in chengdao oilfield. Because sea special environment and Gathering process char- acteristics, caused hot media furnace efficiency does not high, main causes is because hot media disk tube and smoke road, device product ash more, and heat exchanger for thermal efficiency low and natural gas and air than control does not accurate, and so on, and made implementation has hot media furnace disk tube clean,and smoke road blowing ash,and improved heat exchanger in- ternal structure and the natural gas and air than flexible regulation, optimization reconstruction measures ,made has must of.
