摘    要:普通分层开采和分层注水管柱存在换层效果不明确、水层流量控制难等问题。为了实现油井的有效分层开采和大斜度水井精细分层注水,研制了液控式井下流量控制阀。通过控制管线的压力来控制活塞的开度,实现流量调节。单向阀可有效阻止水层液体混合泥沙涌进流量控制阀体内。现场应用12井次,其中油井4井次,水井8井次,作业一次性成功率100%。油井实现分层开采,平均单井日增油6.8t;水井实现精细注入,层段合格率达到100%。

Abstract:Ordinary separate zone production and water injection tubing string have changing layer indetermination and water zone flow control difficulty. For further step improvement of produc- tion efficiency and large rake water well delicate separated-zone water injection,a subsurface flow control valve was developed. Through control piping pressure to operating piston span,the effect flow regulation was brought into. One-way valve can prevent water layer liquid mixing silt flood to the valve. Till now, field application was made in twelve wells, among which there were 4 oil wells and the 8 injection wells,and their operation success rate was 100%. The slicing mining was realized,average daily gain of single well oil being 6.8 t. The injection wells achieved fine injection and section passing rate reached 100%.
