摘    要:蒸发空冷器容易在冷却管束上形成污垢,从而影响换热效率。通过采取调整工艺运行参数,提高供水流量,调整布水状况,增加软水补充,严格控制循环水水质指标,采用高效、环保水处理药剂,实施科学运行管理,确保了蒸发式空冷器安全高效运行。

Abstract:Fouling easily formed on the cooling pipe bundle of the evaporative air cooler,resulting in poor heat exchange efficiency.The following measures were adopted to guarantee safety and effective operation of the evaporative air cooler: adjustment of process operation parameters,improvement of water supply flow rate;regulation of water distribution state;increment of soft water;strictly control of circulating water quality;use of effective environmental protection reagent for water treatment;and scientific operation management.
