采油螺杆泵极限性能模拟试验装置研究

摘    要:通过对试验流程、机械传动以及测控系统的设计,研制了采油螺杆泵极限性能模拟试验装置,可对螺杆泵进行多种试验介质(包括单一水、油介质以及任意混合比例的砂、液、气混合介质)、不同试验温度(最高150℃)及完全模拟采油螺杆泵工作环境的各种极限性能检测与破坏性试验,能为研究采油螺杆泵失效过程提供有力的试验数据.

Abstract:By designing the simulation unit and process,mechanical drive and the part of control system to the extreme property of PCP,a design of simulation unit to the PCP’s extreme property is introduced,which could detect various extreme property and destructive environment to many experimental medium(including single water,oil,and mixed media with any mixed proportion of sand,liquid and gas),different test temperature(maximum 150 ℃) and the PCP’s complete simulation working environment,which could provide a powerful experimental data to the failure process of PCP.
