摘    要:建立了三维螺杆泵计算流体动力学分析模型,利用有限体积法计算得到螺杆泵液腔压力分布,进一步计算得到液压对转子的作用力和力矩;建立螺杆泵系统定转子过盈接触的有限元法计算模型,分析了液压作用在转子上的力和力矩对定转子之间相互作用的影响,以及定子的受力和变形情况,从液压角度提出解释螺杆泵漏失的力学机理.结果表明:液压作用在转子上的力是螺杆泵系统漏失的主要原因,液压作用在转子上的力矩加大了螺杆泵系统漏失程度.

Abstract:The three dimensional computational fluid dynamics models are conducted to study the fluid dynamics and structural mechanics of the progressive cavity pump(PCP).The finite volume method is employed to compute the pressure distribution in the cavity.The pressure on the rotor is further obtained.A three-dimensional finite element model is also constructed to simulate the contact and interaction between the stator and rotor,with the forces and torques acting on the rotor by cavity pressure.The stress and strain states of the stator are investigated.The results indicate that the force and torque on the rotor is the main cause of slippage.
