小井眼侧钻定向井磨铣打捞技术及应用

摘    要:为完善小井眼侧钻定向井等特殊结构井大修作业技术,提高作业效率和打捞成功率,研究了小井眼侧钻定向井磨铣打捞技术。分析小井眼侧钻井磨铣打捞难点,研究管柱的受力,改进了管柱组合结构、磨铣打捞工具。确定磨铣作业的合理参数为钻压30~35kN、排量400L/min、转速90~120r/min。现场应用表明:平均磨铣速度为0.42m/h,打捞成功率达到93.9%。

Abstract:In order to complete workover technology of special structure well in the slim hole side- tracking directional well, improve operating efficiency and fishing success ratio, fishing technology in the slim hole sidetracking directional well was researched, fishing difficult points in slim hole sidetracking was analyzed, pipe string force was studied, combination structure of pipe string, milling and fishing tools were improved, and reasonable parameters of milling operation were determined, such as WOB of 30 ~ 35 kN, displacement of 400 L/min, bit penetration of 90-120 r/rain. Field application showed that average milling speed was 0.42 m/h, fishing success ratio was up to 93.9 %.
