| 摘 要： | 为解决油水井挤灰、酸化等作业施工中油管漏失的问题,研制了多功能井下管柱试压装置.该装置设计了双球试压结构,可实现对油管柱试压,并能顺利打开液流通道,进行挤水泥或酸化施工作业.实现了1趟管柱的试压与施工同步,保证了施工质量,节省了1趟管柱作业费用,现场试验效果良好.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of leakage in tubing when the operation of injection cementing and acidulation,a multifunctional pressure test unit in downhole was developed.The unit was designed with double balls to realize the test tubing pressure.The channel was opened well to carry out the cementing and acidulation through it.Test pressure and other operation in one tubing was realized,the operation quality was insured.The outside test proved its good effectiveness. |
