地基沉降下管道的有限元应力分析

摘    要:对受地基沉降影响的某膨胀压缩机压缩端进口管道进行静力分析,并探讨了不同地基沉降组合对其应力分布的影响.通过对正常工况下管道的ANSYS有限元模拟,得出薄弱部位在管道下部弯曲处,最大Von Mises等效应力为71.4 MPa;通过对管道支墩处和管道与管道法兰连接处等位置4种不同沉降组合下的应力分析,得出管道支墩处单独沉降对管道受力的影响较大,当下沉1.25 mm时管道已处于危险状态;不同步沉降对管道的破坏更为严重,沉降量与最大等效应力呈凹形曲面关系.因此,针对敷设在软土地基上的管道,应控制不均匀沉降及过大均匀沉降的发生.基于ANSYS计算得到的高应力区及对地基沉降敏感的受力位置即为实施管道在线监测的重点部位.

Abstract:Static analysis of the entrance pipe at compressor end in an expansion compressor affected by ground settlement was presented,and the effect of different ground settlement modes on stress distributions of the pipe was discussed.Based on ANSYS finite element simulation on the pipe under regular operation conditions,the weak stress part was at the lower bending zone and the maximum Von Mises equivalent stress was 71.4 MPa.Through the stress analysis on 4 kinds of different ground settlement modes including the rest pier and the flange connection part between the pipe and another one,the results showed that the rest pier settlement alone had greater influence on the pipe stress distribution,and the pipe was in danger when the sedimentation value 1.25 mm was reached.While the asynchronous settlement was more dangerous than the destructive action of even settlement,and the relationship between the sedimentation value and the maximum equivalent stress was analogous to a concave surface.Therefore,the uneven settlement and excessive even settlement should be avoided for the pipelines on soft soil foundation,and the high stress area and the forced location sensitive to ground settlement computed by ANSYS software were main monitoring parts online.
