新型侧钻坐封器设计及卡瓦有限元分析

摘    要:在套管开窗侧钻井过程中斜向器松动,使施工失败。设计一种硬质合金镶齿型双作用侧钻坐封器,以提高卡瓦的坐封可靠性。基于ABAQUS建立卡瓦与套管的有限元模型,分析接触应力分布。结果表明:卡瓦在20MPa液压力作用下能够啮入套管内壁,承受300kN轴向力而不松动,实现稳定坐封。

Abstract:In the process of casing window sidetracking, the Whipstock slap causes the implement fail. A sidetracking setting packer slips, with double action and tungsten carbide inserted type, was designed, which could enhance the reliability of the settings. The finite element analysis modeling was built for slips and casing, based on ABAQUS and the contact stress was analyzed as well. The result shows that, under the action of 20 MPa hydraulic loading,the slips could nibble into the in- side wall of the casing,and realize the sustained setting of 300KN axial loading without slap.
