摘    要:地层出砂和充填砂滞留都会在井筒内堆积成砂柱,影响油气井的正常生产和注水井的正常注水。采用常规冲砂工艺对储层伤害较大,且常规冲砂液体系密度较高,易出现井漏,甚至不能建立正常的洗井循环。连续油管冲砂不需压井,可带压且连续冲砂,可把对地层的伤害降到最低,实现安全、高效作业。2011年,连续油管冲砂解堵作业工艺在青海油田成功应用55井次。

Abstract:Sand strata and filling sand retention will be accumulated in the wellbore into the sand column,influence of the normal production of oil and gas wells and the normal water injection. The conventional sand washing may do damage to the reservoir;and owing to its high density,the use of the ordinary sand washing fluid would lead to lost circulation,even failure in establishing normal washing cycle. The coiled tubing sand washing needs not kill-job, but with pressure and continuous sand flushing, to minimize formation damage, to achieve the safety and high efficiency. In 2011, coiled tubing sand washing operations was successful to process 55 wells in Qinghai Oilfield.
