7000m海洋模块钻机滑轨结构优化设计

摘    要:7 000m海洋模块钻机作用在平台甲板滑轨上的支点反力比5 000m模块钻机增加约30%。提出在不改变滑轨主结构形式的基础上,在翼缘板下方增加2条平行于腹板的纵向筋板,用于增强滑轨结构强度,提高承载能力。利用有限元方法对结构参数进行优化和比较分析,使得改进后的滑轨结构完全满足7 000m钻机的使用要求,确保钻井作业的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:The reaction forces acting on topside skid rail for 7,000 m modular drilling rig is 30% more than those of 5,000m rig. The conventional structure of skid rail can't meet the requirement of supporting and skidding. So,this paper presents a scheme that adds two more longitudinal stiff- ener plates under the flange of rail to strengthen the strength and improve the supporting capabil- ity. It utilizes finite-element analysis method to analyze the skid rail, and gives out optimizing op- tions to meet the requirement of 7,000m rig,which make sure the safety and economy of drilling operation.
