往复潜油电泵控制系统研究

摘    要:针对往复潜油电泵存在动子受力的复杂性及要求其运动稳定性的矛盾,结合模糊控制技术与PID控制方法,设计了模糊PID控制器对直线电机进行控制,既具有模糊控制灵活、适应性强的优点,又有PID控制精度高的特点,可实现对复杂控制系统和高精度伺服系统的良好控制。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制能够获得更好的控制效果。

Abstract:To aim at the contradiction between the complex force of the motor and stability of ex- pectation,we designed the fuzzy PID controller used by the fuzzy control and PID control. It had some merits:flexible control,Adaptability, haute precision. It can control the complex systems and the high accuracy servo system. The results of simulation show that the fuzzy PID control can ob- tain the better effects.
