气藏水平井分段酸化完井一体化工艺管柱

摘    要:气藏水平井的水平井段长,穿越多个油气层,非均质性严重,不同位置泥浆浸泡时间不同,污染程度也不同。常规分段酸化工艺存在施工段数少、周期长、费用高、多次压井造成二次污染等问题。研制了气井不动管柱分段酸化完井一体化工艺管柱,该工艺管柱耐温110℃,耐压70MPa,通过投球、加压打开喷砂器滑套,可实现5个层段分段酸化施工。该管柱可作为完井管柱直接进行生产,减少压井作业的次数,降低压井液对储层的二次污染,有效提高单井产能。

Abstract:The horizontal section of horizontal well in gas reservoir is long,through multiple reservoirs,and always has serious heterogeneity.The degrees of pollution are also not the same in dif ferent positions as drilling fluid soaked.Conventional methods of staged acidizing have the disadvantage of few construction zones,long construction period,high cost,and repeatedly killing well would cause secondary pollution.So we researched a technology of integration string of staged acidizing and completion.The string can resist 110 ℃,70 MPa,and achieve 5 sections' acidizing through dropping ball to open the sleeves.The acidizing string can be used for production directly after the operation is completed,which reduced the damage to the reservoir caused by killing fluid,and improved well productivity effectively.
