摘    要:层间干扰会影响油井生产潜力最大程度发挥,分层采油是目前解决层间干扰的主要技术。常规分采抽油泵容易发生气锁,导致油井产量下降或不出液。介绍了一种防气分采抽油泵,2层产出液体分别进各自独立的进、排液机构,各油层压力系统相互独立避免了层间干扰。设计了下层液体排气通道,解决了气体对泵工况的影响,提高了单井产能。

Abstract:Interlayer interference will affect the oil production potential is maximized, divided pum- ping oil extraction is to solve interlayer interference technology. According to the regular pumping prone to gas lock pump working condition variation,leading to well production rate or a liquid, a kind of anti gas pumping is introduced, with its two output liquid respectively into separate inlet, liquid discharging mechanism, the reservoir pressure system independently of each other to avoid the interference between layers, thus the lower liquid outlet channel was designed to solve the gas to the pump field application effect, improve the productivity of single well.
