摘    要:三牙轮钻头与岩石相互作用时,牙轮不仅绕钻头轴心线公转,还要绕各自的中心轴线自转,较难用一种简单的几何曲线描述其运动轨迹,钻头破岩过程中的受力更加复杂。采用有限元法对三牙轮钻头与地层相互作用进行了仿真模拟,为分析钻头破岩过程及作用机理提供了一种有效的动力学分析方法。

Abstract:By the interaction between three-cone bit and formation, the cones will not only revolve around the central axis of bit, but also revolve around their central axis of cones. The moving traek of teeth on cones is very difficult to be described by simple geometrical eurve,and the forces on the bit are eomplex more during the process. In this paper, the process of the interaction be-tween three-cone bit and formation was simulated by FEM (Finite Element Method), which of fered a new method to analyze the process and mechanism of damaging rock by three-cone bit.
