硅藻土/三聚磷酸铝溶胶-凝胶法合成及其应用

摘    要:在以偏铝酸钠(NaAlO2)和磷酸(H3PO4)为反应原料,NP-5为表面活性剂、正丁醇为助表面活性剂、正辛烷为油相和去离子水为水相的微乳体系中,溶胶-凝胶法制备防锈包覆颜料三聚磷酸铝/硅藻土。确定了反应时间和反应温度,并讨论了不同原料比和R值对产物形貌的影响。通过XRD、FESEM及对照实验进行性能测试并分析,得出当H3PO4与NaAlO2的摩尔比为4:1、R=10时合成的三聚磷酸铝包覆颜料粒径较小,尺寸分布较均匀。并对其防锈性能、防锈机理分别进行实验和探讨。

Abstract:Large-scale high-quality antirust pigment aluminium triphosphate coated diatomite was synthesized via micro-emulsification and sol-gel method in the presence of surfactant NP-5, cosurfatant butanol, oil phase octane, and water phase distilled water.
