摘    要:介绍了铁秦线埋地输油管道阴极保护现状。对阴极保护电位进行了现场测试,电位是反应管道所处状态的主要指标,因此阴极保护系统的通电电位反映了管道受干扰情况。通过测试发现多处管段处于"过保护"状态,分析可知铁秦线输油管道受杂散电流影响较为严重,针对铁秦线输油管道这一现状提出具体保护措施来延长管道的使用寿命。

Abstract:Present situation of cathodic protection of Tieling-Qinhuandao buried pipeline was introduced, and field test of the cathodic protection potential was carried out (Potential is the main indicator to reflect pipeline state, therefore, power-potential of the cathodic protection system can reflect the pipeline disruption). The testing results showed that multiple pipe sections were in "over-protection" status, Tieling-Qinhuandao pipeline was seriously affected by stray current, then specific protective measures were proposed to extend the life of the pipeline.
