| 摘 要： | 研究了以70%乙醇溶液为溶剂提取苦丁茶叶中黄酮类化合物的方法,讨论了影响提取总黄酮的各种因素,并得出了提取的最佳工艺条件:在70℃条件下用6倍于叶重体积的70%乙醇溶液加热提取3次,每次40min,苦丁茶叶中总黄酮提取率可达2.640%。 |

Study on leaching conditions of flavonoids from Ilicls Follum leaf |

| Abstract: | The method for withdrawing the flavonoid compound inside the Ilicls Follum leaf with 70% alcohol is studied, and the various factors which affect the withdrawing of the total flavonoid are discussed, thus getting the best conditions for withdrawing are: under the condition of 70℃, 70% alcohol 6 times the volume of the leaf weight is used for extraction by heating for three times (40 min for each time), the withdrawing rate of Ilicls Follum leaf can amount to 2.640%. |
