旋梯设计计算与分析

摘    要:旋梯是利用物体自身重力,把物体从高处送往低处的一种设备,旋梯在运行过程中无需使用任何动力,因此具有运行维护费用低、环保、便捷等特点,在生产、仓库、物流等日常生产流程中得到广泛应用。对旋梯在设计计算过程中螺旋线的计算、物体的受力分析、螺旋角的计算、螺旋面辊子的布置及离心力等作了具体的分析。

Abstract:Spin ladder is a equipment which using their own potential gravitational energy to transport objects from high to low, and it can work without impose any additional force in the course of operation, so it has lower operation and maintenance costs, protecting environment and convenient, it widely used in the production, storage, logistics and other day-to-day production process. The calculation of spiral line, the object stress analysis, the calculation of helix angle, the layout of helical roller and the centrifugal force and so on were analyzed in the course of the spin ladder design.
