| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了使用GAL器件的线阵CIS器件驱动电路的设计和实现。通过在设计中的仿真以及实际电路的调试,均得到了符合要求的驱动时序,驱动电路具有工作频率高,稳定性高的优点,GAL器件的使用简化了电路结构,具有价格低廉,开发周期短的优点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a driving circuit of linear array CIS (Contact Image Sensor)with the GAL device.The simulation waveform and the output waveform of actual circuit are both fine. This circuit works stably at high frequency.The using of GAL device simplified design of the circuit,make it cheap and easy to build. |
