Abstract:This paper introduces a new method of the mining electric locomotive, which is droved by AC asynchronous motor, speed-control system. This system works under a kind of AC frequency conversion speed-control unit that makes up a digital frequency conversion device. The optimal PID algorithm has been used so that the speed-control accuracy can been increased.
