| Abstract: | Based on the educational laws and instructional characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper groped for the solution to assessment of teacher's workolad,put forth the adoptable and observable principles and worked out the concrete calculating method,which provided reference for other higher vocational colleges in defining the teaching workload. |
