摘    要:在工程实例的基础上, 通过综合运用浅层沉降监测、分层沉降监测、孔隙水压力监测、深层水平位移监测、室内土工试验、十字板剪切试验等手段对真空预压和堆载预压2种软土地基处理方法的加固效果进行了对比分析。真空预压后, 软土的物理力学指标有较为明显的改善, 土体强度增长明显, 承载力有较大提高, 软基处理取得了良好效果。堆载预压法也有较为明显的处理效果。通过对监测和检测数据的综合分析, 得出了一些有益的结论, 可以为软土地基处理优化设计提供一定的参数, 同时可对软土地基处理设计和施工起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Based on engineering examples, the reinforcement effect of vacuum preloading and surcharge preloading on soft clay foundation by comprehensive use of the methods are analyzed comparatively such as monitoring of shallow layer settlement, delamination settlement and pore water pressure, laboratory soil test and vane shear test. After being treated by vacuum preloading, the physical mechanical indexes of the soft clay and the strength and bearing capacity of the soil were improved obviously. The vacuum preloading had a good effect, so did surcharge preloading. By analyzing comparatively the monitoring and testing data, some useful conclusions were obtained, which offered parameters to the optimization design of the soft clay foundation treatment. It can be used as guidance in the design and the construction of the soft clay foundation treatment.
