碱性体系中锌镍合金电镀添加剂复合配方优选

摘    要:为进一步了解添加剂在碱性锌镍合金电镀中的作用,采用动电位极化曲线、光学显微镜、SEM、电子探针等方法分析探讨了添加剂对镀液阴极电化学行为、镀层的宏观形貌和微观形貌、粗糙度、厚度、极化电阻等性能的影响,确定了镀液中添加剂的最佳配方为:17.50 g/L乌洛托品,0.30 g/L香兰素,3.00 g/L糖精钠,0.10 mL/L二乙基己基硫酸钠.以此配方获得的镀层光亮、平整,含镍13%左右,具有较好的耐蚀性.
