摘    要:零件在回转钻模上定位夹紧后,其一面上的孔,加工完以后,经过分度机构分度后,即可加工零件另一个面上的孔.这样既保证了零件的加工质量,又提高了零件的加工效率.回转钻模的设计关键有两个方面:一是分度机构的设计,二是夹紧机构的设计.

Abstract:Parts on rotary positioning clamping jig, the one surface of the hole, after processing, after sub-degree institutions indexing, you can process parts of the hole to another surface, so that not only guarantees the quality of machining but also improve the machining efficiency. The design of rotary drilling mode key has two aspects: First is the design of sub-degree institution, second is the clamping design.
