摘    要:将人工神经网络用作转炉炼钢过程的预测模型,实现了对转炉出钢温度的全面预测.并探讨了影响转炉出钢温度及转炉炼钢过程的因素,为生产合格钢水及转炉的动态控制提供理论依据.本模型能很好的预测转炉终点的出钢温度,并能较好的分析主要工艺参数(如铁水温度、氧气耗量等)对转炉出钢温度的影响,预测值比较准确.

Abstract:The use of artificial nervous network as prediction model for tapping process of converter make it possible to fully predict the tapping temperature of the converter. The factors effecting the tapping temperature and the steelmaking process of the converter are discussed, the theoretical basis for qualified hot metal production and dynamic control of the converter is thus provided. On account of the use of the model, the final tapping temperature of the converter could be exactly predict, the effects of the main process parameters (such as molten iron temperature, oxygen consumption and so on) on the tapping temperature could be analyzed and the prediction values are accurate.
