含锌及含铜甲壳胺纤维的抗菌性能

摘    要:为改善甲壳胺纤维的抗菌性能,用ZnCl2和CuSO4水溶液处理甲壳胺纤维。利用氨基的螯合性能,将锌离子及铜离子引入纤维的结构中,同时纤维的质量也有所增加。抗菌试验结果表明,含有金属离子的甲壳胺纤维其抗菌性能大大高于初始甲壳胺纤维。

Abstract:In order to improve their antimicrobial properties,chitosan fibers were treated with aqueous solutions of ZnCl2 and CuSO4. Because of the chelating properties of the primary amine groups in the chitosan fibers,Zn (II) and Cu(II) ions were absorbed into the chitosan fibers and significant weight gains were obtained during the treatment. Antimicrobial test results showed that the metal containing chitosan fibers had much stronger antimicrobial properties than the original chitosan fibers.
