摘    要:本文讨论了水轮机调速器的数字测频环节随机波动的原因及对调速系统的有害影响,并提出了抑制随机波动的措施和精确测量测频环节的方法。这些措施和方法只有实用价值。本文也为测试微机调速器测速装置的静态特性提供了一个有效、实用的方法。

Abstract:The causes of the random fluctuation in the plinke of digit frequency measurement of the speed governer of a turbine and the harmful effects on the governing system are discussed in this paper.The measurs to restrict the random fluctuation and the methods of the accurate measurement of the frequency are also presented. These measures and methods are of practical value. An effective and practical method is also presented to test the statistic performance of the measuring devices of the speed governer with a microprocessor.
