吸附树脂对山竹黄酮化合物吸附特性的研究

摘    要:研究了S-8、LSA-5B、X-53种吸附树脂分离纯化山竹夹层中黄酮类化合物的静态吸附过程。吸附动力学实验表明树脂吸附速率较快,1.5h基本达到吸附平衡,符合拟二级动力学吸附方程,吸附速率常数:k_(X-5树脂)>k_(LSA-5B树脂)>k_(S-8树脂)。在等温条件下,LSA-5B树脂、S-8树脂对黄酮类化合物的吸附量随初始吸附浓度的变化遵循Langmuir和Freundich吸附等温方程,X-5树脂仅遵循Freundich吸附等温方程。3种树脂的吸附自由能ΔG<0,是自发吸附。

Abstract:The adsorption performance of flavonoids onto S-8/X-5/LSA-SB resins was studied and the adsorption kinetics and isotherm equations were simulated.The results indicated that not only Lang- muir but also Freundlich equations were perfectly fit for the adsorption of flavonoids onto S-8 and LSA-SB resins. X-5 resin was only fit for the Freundlich equation. Data on three resins were correla- ted to the Ho second-order kinetics equations. The velocity constants of adsorption kinetics for fla- vonoids onto the three resins were:X-5 resin>LSA-SB resin>S-8 resin. The adsorption rate was fast and the equilibrium was arrived in 1.5 h. The adsorption free energyΔG<0, so the adsorprion per- formance were unprompted.
