焊接空心球节点的承载能力分析

摘    要:依据理想弹塑性模型和Von-Mises屈服准则对不同直径的焊接空心球节点进行了非线性有限元分析.注意到大量关于焊接空心球节点的试验实际情况,对这些有限元计算结果进行了二元回归分析,从而得到了影响空心球节点承载力的主要因素与承载能力之间的关系式.与数值结果的比较表明,所提出的公式与规程JGJ7-91中的公式吻合较好,同时拓宽了规程中公式的适用范围,可适用于外径大于500mm的焊接空心球节点的承载力计算.已被《网架结构设计与施工规程》(JGJ7-91)的修订采用.

Abstract:Based on the ideal elasto-plastic mechanical model and the Von-Mises collapse criterion, the authors analyze the welded hollow spherical joints with different diameter by using the nonlinear F E M. According to the results of both experiments and theoretical study, the authors present the bearing-capacity formula of the welded hollow spherical joint by the regression method. The comparison research shows that the results of the formula is consistent with that of the formula in the Specification for Design and Construction of Reticulated Structures (JGJ7-91). Furthermore, the formula is available for the analysis and design of the welded hollow spherical joint whose diameter is larger than 500mm.
