摘    要:分析了华能沁北电厂首台国产600MW超临界机组数字电液控制系统调试过程中发现的控制系统问题成因。通过优化改进,完善了ETS复位功能,增加了汽轮机转速趋近额定转速时自动减小升速率功能,消除甩小负荷时汽轮机转速的大幅波动等。实际运行和试验结果表明,优化改进取得了较好效果。

Abstract:The causes leading to problems discovered in control system during the process of debugging for digital electrohydraulic(DEH) governing system of the first home made 600 MW supercritical unit installed in Huaneng Qinbei Power Plant have been analysed. Through optimization improvement, the reset function of the emergency trip system(ETS) has been perfected, increasing the energy converted from power of decreasing automatically the speed up rate at the time in which the rotation speed of steam turbine to be nearing the normal rotation speed, eliminating large rotation speed fluctuation of the steam turbine during the time of small load rejection etc.. The results of practical operation and test show that the optimization improvement has obtained better effectiveness.
