塔里木油田设备腐蚀状况

简要介绍了塔里木油田采油设备内外腐蚀的原因及防护措施。指出土壤盐含量高、形成盐浓差电池是造成采油管外腐蚀的主要原因 ;管内腐蚀则由于地下水的矿化度、Cl-含量高以及硫酸盐还原菌而引起。采取涂层、电化学保护和加入缓蚀剂、杀菌剂等措施可使情况得到缓解

Corrosion of Equipment in Tarim Oil Field

The causes of internal and external corrosion and corresponding protection measures for the equipment in Tarim Oil Field were introduced. It was pointed out that main causes of the external corrosion of the pipeline were the higher salt content in the soil forming concentration cells while the those for the internal corrosion of the pipelines were the mineralization, higher Cl- content and reduction bacteria of sulfate. The application of coating and electro-chemical protection and addition of inhibitors and bactericides could mitigate the corrosion.
