| 摘 要： | 为了提高钢轨焊接接头的性能,本文对钢轨焊接接头电阻加热正火工艺及设备进行了研究。设计成电阻加热正火设备,对 U_(74)60kg/m 钢轨闪光对焊接头进行了正火工艺试验,确定了最佳工艺参数,并进行了正火接头的质量检验。试验结果表明质量稳定、效果显著,可大幅度提高钢轨焊接接头的机械性能。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of welding rail joints,the resistanee normalizing technology for welding rail joints was studied,and the resistance normalizing equipment was designed.This paper introduces the normalizing experiment on resistance flash-welding rail joints of 60kg/m U74,the optimal parameters and the quality tests of the normalized joints.It also analyzes the problems occurring in the process and discusses the corresponding measures to be taken.The experimental results showed that the technology and equipment are practical and effective,and the mechanical performance of the welded jo- ints is greatly improved. |
