| 摘 要： | 利用等效时间采样技术用低速的AD转换器可以实现对宽频带模拟信号的高速数据采集，不仅降低了系统实现的难度，还节约了系统成本。本主要着重论述了基于等效时间采样的高速数据采集技术的基本原理以及整体实现方案。整个方案实现的关键在于步进采样脉冲信号的提取，本对此进行了详细论述。

| Abstract: | Using slow rate ADC can re alize data acquisition to wide frequency analogy signal by using equivalent-tim e sampling technology which reduces not only the diffi-culty of realization bu t also the cost of the system.This paper mainly states the theory and method o f high-speed data acquisition system based on equivalent time sampling.The k ey is that how to get step acquisition pulse.It will be discussed in detail. |
