摘    要:为预测果蔬贮藏中化学成分的变化,对贮藏中嫩茎花椰菜的叶绿素进行测定.用 Newton 差分法预测叶绿素在贮藏中的损失.选择离待预测点时间间隔点较近时,预测结果较好.向前差分与向后差分均能很好地预测稳态贮藏时品质的变化,基准点分别取邻近预测点前 3.5 d 和后 3.5 d.Newton 向前差分插值和向后差分插值的相对误差分别为 0.38%和 0.20%.基准点离预测点较远时误差较大.

Abstract:The chlorophyll contents of broccoli during storage were measured in order to predict the quality of products.The Newton difference method was used to predict the loss of chlorophyll and the prediction was better when the base point was close to the prediction point.Forward and backward difference methods could be used to predict the chlorophyll contents in stable storage condition.The relative deviations were 0.38% for forward difference method when base point 7 days before the prediction one and 0.20% for backward difference methods when the base point 7 days after the prediction one.It was proven that the method could be used to predict the quality of vegetables during storage.
