光电跟踪误差校准技术的研究

摘    要:研制光电跟踪仪校准系统,利用激光跟踪仪跟踪光电跟踪仪并采集测量数据,剔除其中存在的粗大误差得到有效数据,采用球面拟合最小二乘法确定光电跟踪的中心。建立合理的坐标转换模型,实现激光跟踪仪的中心向光电跟踪仪的中心坐标转换,并将二者的测量数据进行对比得到校准结果。利用VB和MATLAB软件结合的方法对数据进行分析与处理,提升运算效率。举例给出光电跟踪仪校准系统的测试结果,并对其不确定度进行分析,证明了此校准系统的可靠性,为跟踪及瞄准系统的参数校准提供了参考。

The Research on the Calibration Technology of Opt-electrical Tracking Error
Abstract:The calibration system of the photoelectric tracker is developed. The laser tracker is used to track the photoelectric tracker and collect measurement data. The gross errors in the system are eliminated and the center of the photoelectric tracker is determined by spherical fitting least square method. A reasonable coordinate conversion model is established to realize the transformation from the center of laser tracker to that of photoelectric tracker, and the calibration results are obtained by comparing the measured data of the two. The method of combining VB and MATLAB software is used to analyze and process the data, so as to improve the operation efficiency. The test results of the photoelectric tracker calibration system are given with examples, and the uncertainty of the system is analyzed. The reliability of the calibration system is proved, which provides a reference for the parameter calibration of the tracking and aiming system.
