德系长毛兔颗粒饲料保鲜储藏研究

摘    要:通过运用显微镜,310型原子吸收分光光度计,BECKMAN322系列高效液相色谱仪,薄层层析等手段,以及其它常规化学成份分析、动物饲养试验等,对饲料保鲜储藏进行了研究;发现不添加保鲜剂的对照组霉菌增殖和粗脂肪的降解很快,霉菌增殖和粗脂肪降解呈正相关(r=-0.988);粗脂肪降解的回归方程为 y=3.53-0.079 ×(r=-0.91)。而添加有保鲜剂的试验组其霉菌数量、营养成份等指标随时间改变很小,粗脂肪降解的回归方程为y=3.20-0.002X(r=-0.31)。因此可以肯定,保鲜剂有显著的防霉保鲜效果。

Abstract:The paper presented mainly makes studies on keeping - freshness storage of pellet feed for German Angora Rabbits by means of all kinds of analysis appa-ratuses. We find the changes of crude fat and reproduction of fungi in feed which has no keeping - freshness additive go very fast and they are closely related, (R =0.988), the regression equation of changes of crude fat is "Y= 3.57-0.079x; " while the feed which contains the additive has no more changes in nutritions, regression equation of the changes of crude fat is Y= 3. 20-0.002x. So we can make a conclusion t anti -fungal chemicals are necessary to freshly store the pellet feed for Angora. Rabbits.
