摘    要:考虑轴段转动惯量及剪切变形效应的影响,建立了以轴段矩阵代替转盘矩阵的新的传递矩阵法,并编写了相应的用户子程序;对含轴型盘转子系统的临界转速及振型进行比较深入的计算分析,并通过同常规传递矩阵法、Riccati传递矩阵法,以及有限元方法所得系统前3阶临界转速结果进行比较,探讨了转盘厚度与传递矩阵的选取之间的关系。计算结果表明:对于轴型盘转子系统,采用新的传递矩阵法所得的临界转速更接近有限元计算结果。当悬臂盘厚度达到轴长的0.1或居中盘厚度超过跨度比例0.08时,应采用新的传递矩阵法。

Abstract:Considering the mass of the shafts,the moment of inertia and the shearing deformation,and replacing the matrixes of rotors with the new special matrixes of the shafts,we present a new transfer matrix method and write the relevant subprogram;With the new method,we analyzed the first three critical speeds and the mode shape of the rotor with great thickness,compared the result with those by transfer matrix method,Riccati transfer matrix method and finite element method,and discussed the bound of the new method.The comparison shows that the results by our method are more close to that by finite element method;when the ratio between the thickness of the rotor and the length of the shaft reaches 0.1 in a cantilever system or the ratio exceed 0.8 in a Jeffcott rotor system,the new matrix method should be used.
