ZrO_2/MnO_x/ZnO催化剂上合成甲基异丙基酮和二乙基酮

摘    要:考察了催化剂的焙烧温度和反应条件对ZrO2/MnOx/ZnO催化剂反应性能和产物分布的影响。催化剂的焙烧温度以673 K为宜。较合适的反应条件为:反应温度643 K、反应压力0.6-1.0 MPa、原料配比n(甲醇)/n(甲基乙基酮)/n(水)=1/1/1、原料液态空速1.0-1.5 h-1。在此反应条件下,甲基乙基酮的转化率可达44.36%,甲基异丙基酮的选择性可达41.71%,二乙基酮的选择性可达35.72%。

Abstract:Effects of calcination temperature of catalyst and reaction conditions on catalytic performances of ZrO2/MnOx/ZnO catalyst in synthesis of methyl isopropyl ketone and diethyl ketone from methylethyl ketone and methnol had been studied. The suitable calcination temperature about 673 K. The optimum reaction conditions were:reaction temperature was about 643 K,LHSV 1.0-1.5 h-1, pressure 0.6-1.0 MPa and n (methanol)/n (methyl ethyl ketone)/n (water) =1/1/1. Under suitable conditions, methyl ethyl ketone conversion was up to 44.4%. Selectivities of methyl isopropyl ketone and diethyl ketone were 41.7% and 35.7% , respectively.
