白酒生产机械化的探索

摘    要:中国白酒机械化发展开始于20世纪60年代,虽然经历了漫长的探索发展阶段,但成效仍然不容乐观。对中国白酒生产的包装、制酒、制曲、酒库管理机械化发展进行总结,并与台湾白酒生产机械化程度进行了对比,提出了差异和借鉴之处。中国白酒生产机械化发展势在必行。目前一些大企业正在进一步加大生产机械化的研发和建设力度,相信再经过10年、20年的努力,中国白酒酿造机械化一定能够做得更好。
