摘    要:在市场经济条件下,随着消费信用的发展,信用卡作为消费信贷的载体进入我们的生活.而其丰厚的利润回报额使得金融市场中的信用卡大战显得分外激烈.入世以来,面对实力雄厚、技术完备的外资银行的咄咄攻势,中资银行必须充分利用五年的缓冲时间,扬长避短,完善我国信用卡体系,提高其竞争实力.

Abstract:Under the market economic conditions along with the development of consumption credit, the credit cards get into being . Owing to the big profit, a hard struggle takes place between the foreign and domestic banks.Since the acess of WTO, as the foreign banks have more advantages such as bigger fund,perfect technology and so on,the domestic banks must make full use of the five-year opportunity to develop quickly, enlarge the content of the credit service, increase the social supervision and raise the competition ability against credit crisis.
