羽毛纤维与化纤混合非织造絮片服用性能研究

摘    要:采用气流成网技术以及双组分复合化纤配料研制了羽毛与化纤混合的非织造絮片,参照国家标准对其保暖性、压缩性、透气性进行测试,探讨了非织造絮片各组分含量及热粘合温度对这些絮片服用性能指标的影响,并推导出使这些性能指标较优时的各组分的比例及热粘合温度。

Abstract:The paper aims at blended interlining of feather and synthetic fiber, which is mixed with bicomponent fiber and is formed by means of air-laid, through measuring heat retention, compression property and air permeability in accordance with the state standard, analyses the effects of component content and thermo-bonding temperature on these wearabilities and educes the very component proportion and thermo-bonding temperature.
